“They made us rename sixteen events before we were allowed to look at a funnel. Annoying. Correct.”Priya S. · product analytics, Leeds

Cloud Vectorpoint treats App Analytics as a written craft. Charts are drafts. Events are vocabulary. A cohort table is a paragraph that should still make sense when the CPO reads it on a train.

Flagship sitting
Retention Signal Studio
Six weeks of live critique for teams who already have a tracker and still cannot explain why week-one users vanish. You will leave with a retention narrative, a taxonomy you can defend, and a board-ready readout that does not hide behind a DAU sparkline.
Next open sitting is sized for fourteen people. Informational fee: £1,890 per seat.
Read the syllabusHow the room works
Three disciplines we refuse to skip
Event grain
Before a funnel is drawn, we settle what a ‘session’ means in your product. Names are argued in public. Ambiguous verbs are retired. This is slow on purpose.
Retention weather
We read curves as climate, not as trophies. A dip after a store outage is not a personality change. The studio teaches you to annotate the storm, not to airbrush it.
Spoken readout
A chart that cannot be spoken in ninety seconds is not finished. We practise the sentence you will say in the boardroom when someone asks for a single number.
From the journal
Notes we actually use in class
The DAU chart is a habit costume
Daily actives can rise while the product is being used as a waiting room. How we unpick that in studio.
Name the event before you fire it
A taxonomy workshop that happens on paper, not in the vendor UI.
Reading retention like weather
Fronts, pressure, and the temptation to call every dip a product failure.
