Data controller

Cloud Vectorpoint is the controller for personal data submitted through this website and for records of sittings we host. You can write to the desk at info@cloud-vectorpoint.digital or by post to 76 Ploughley Rd; Tinwald; DG1 4ZL; United Kingdom. Telephone 079 5982 9667.

We process data under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Where we rely on legitimate interests (for example, answering an enquiry you initiated), we balance that against your right to a quiet inbox. Where we rely on contract, it is to deliver a sitting you asked us to arrange. Cookie storage of a consent choice is described in the cookie notice.

What we collect

From the enquiry form: name, email, optional topic, and the message you write. From email or telephone: whatever you choose to send, including screenshots. From bookings: attendance, invoices, and any artefact you deliberately share in a sitting. We do not run a payment form on this site, so card numbers should never be typed here.

Server logs on a host we use may include IP address and user agent for security. We do not sell lists. We do not use enquiry contents to train a public model.

Retention

Unsuccessful enquiries are kept for 18 months so that we can see whether a later letter is a continuation, then deleted unless a legal claim requires otherwise. Confirmed sitting records, invoices, and attendance letters are kept for six years after the sitting, which matches ordinary UK limitation practice for contract files. Cookie consent in your browser remains until you clear site data or choose again. Artefacts from class are deleted from our shared folder 90 days after the last session unless you ask us, in writing, to keep a redacted teaching copy.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, or portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office in the United Kingdom. We will not charge for a reasonable request. We may need to confirm it is you before we release a file.

International transfers

Email and site hosting may involve processors outside the United Kingdom. Where that happens we use a UK-approved transfer tool such as the International Data Transfer Agreement or an adequacy regulation. Screenshots you send may include third-country vendor chrome; that is your export as much as ours. Crop other customers’ data before you attach a file.

If a sitting is recorded, we will say so in the joining note. Recordings stay inside the cohort and follow the 90-day artefact rule unless a participant withholds consent, in which case we do not record that session.

Children

Programmes are for working adults. We do not knowingly keep records for anyone under 18.
